Short-Term Accommodation Provided for Families in, St Mellons, Cardiff.
Hale are pleased to have successfully delivered 18 one and two bedroom apartments to United Welsh to support families in need living in Cardiff. The development includes communal facilities, with staff providing amenities such as Early Help family services, health visiting and parental support.
As part of Cardiff Council’s commitment to reshaping services for families experiencing homelessness, the development provides temporary accommodation for families, giving them a safe place to stay until a more permanent solution is provided.
Andrew Collins, Contracts Manager at Hale stated, ‘We are delighted to be handing this project over to United Welsh Housing Association and in doing so, helping to provide a vital service for the community’s needs.’
