Since our formation in 1996, JG Hale Group has grown rapidly to become one of the largest providers of social housing throughout South Wales. We are a multi award winning company delivering major construction projects on behalf of local authorities, housing associations, and the commercial building sector alongside procuring inhouse land led package deals.

Utilising the latest innovations in natural, locally sourced building fabric and renewable technology allows us to provide buildings that have low operational carbon and a healthy living environment. Additionally, employing off-site manufacturing within our facility allows us to limit waste and take advantage of our large solar array and biomass boiler which provide electrical and heating services to our own premises, ultimately reducing our own carbon footprint.

Completion of Phases 3, 4, and 5 at Ithon Road Celebrating a key milestone at Ithon Road, Hale Group are delighted to have completed Phases
We are proud to share that Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association has selected Hale as the main contractor to deliver the Hadyn Terrace development, situated in the heart of Merthyr .
This signature project will create 47 affordable homes, constructed from timber frame by SO Modular Ltd. Meeting AECB standards, each property will maximise energy-efficiency, resulting in lower running costs for residents.
This project is special to us because it aligns with our focus on delivering futureproof homes, built for our future generations, and centred around sustainability and placemaking.
Already working within the Merthyr region, we’re excited to break ground later in the year.
