Hale are proud to announce that Gwynfaen has been awarded Best Development £20m+ at the Inside Housing Awards in London recently.

Designed by Stride Treglown for Hale’s client, Pobl Group, Gwynfaen is a trailblazing development centred around balancing innovative design and placemaking, with the natural landscape; raising the standard for sustainable homes.

Backed by Innovative Housing Grant, Gwynfaen is entirely free from fossil fuels; relying upon renewable energy systems such as Air Source Heat Pumps, Battery Storage, MVHR, and Solar PV. The homes benefit from timber frame panels, pre-insulated with recycled wood fibre, and locally produced by SO Modular Ltd.

Balancing wellbeing, nature, and affordability; the 144 low-carbon homes at Gwynfaen offer a mix of tenures, including shared ownership, outright sale, and social rent.
