As works are under way on phases 3, 4 and 5 at our Ithon Road development in Llandrindod Wells for Newydd Housing, Hale have begun with their best foot forward!

Earlier this week we were proud to receive feedback from the Considerate Contractor’s Scheme regarding their first visit to our development, with the site achieving the performance level score of ‘excellent’. Via the scheme, we have received the following positive comments from individuals within the community:

One resident stated, ‘The Hale Construction team have recently returned to site for phases 3, 4 & 5. The site looks well managed and the public highway is always cleaned. When I approached the team for some help with a community project, they were so engaging. They loved what we were doing and gave us some financial support along with some trades to help us. A very approachable team – thanks for your help and well done guys!’

A local County Councillor who engaged with Hale on our first 2 phases of the development also had this to say, ‘I just wanted to take the opportunity to provide a little bit of positive feedback. The company has been engaging throughout, from pre application to welcoming myself and other members onto the site once construction started. They kept in touch last time too, showcasing the homes, but then also helping me with post development resident and neighbour enquiries, and from my positive relationship with the (same) manager I have every confidence that they will do so again. They have collaborated with the partner Housing Association to discuss community support and are liaising with both primary and high schools to establish strong links, placement and apprenticeship opportunities. Great work, I wish all developers were like this’.
