Celebrating a key milestone at Ithon Road, Hale Group are delighted to have completed Phases 3, 4, and 5, for Cadarn Housing Group. The 79 beautiful new properties add to the existing 58 built during phases 1 and 2, providing much needed futureproof homes for the community of Llandrindod Wells.

Each of the houses, flats, and purpose-built bungalows benefits from solar PV ☀️, and Air Source Heat Pumps; contributing towards the overall energy efficiency rating.
