Contract award for Haydn Terrace

We are proud to share that Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association has selected Hale as the main contractor to deliver the Hadyn Terrace development, situated in the heart of Merthyr .

This signature project will create 47 affordable homes, constructed from timber frame by SO Modular Ltd. Meeting AECB standards, each property will maximise energy-efficiency, resulting in lower running costs for residents.

This project is special to us because it aligns with our focus on delivering futureproof homes, built for our future generations, and centred around sustainability and placemaking.

Already working within the Merthyr region, we’re excited to break ground later in the year.
